They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

General Conditions

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

Order Confirmation

 

On receipt of your order you will be issued with an email entitled Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered from us and the prices including delivery charge.

 

Cancellation

 

You may for a short period be able to cancel an order that has been placed. Please contact The Little Cottage Gift Co. directly via email in this instance. However, if you have already received an email confirming dispatch of goods, any unwanted item/items will have to be returned at your own expense following the guidelines below.

 

Returns

 

We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you should wish to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 dys have lapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, you must first contact The Little Cottage Gift Co. clearly stating your reasons for returning the item. The item should then be posted to us at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for refund. Once the returned item has been inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been received, and also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. Processed refunds will automatically be credited to you by your original method of payment. Orders returned after 30 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the item sent back to you.

 

Faulty Goods

 

If a product arrives faulty, providing we are able to, we will replace it. As some of the items listed on our site are vintage and antique, this will not always be feesable. In this instance a full refund may be offered upon the return of said item in its original listed condition This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us. Goods should not be returned to The Little Cottage Gift Co. without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to The Little Cottage Gift Co. detailing the reasons for return as discussed. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited. 

 

Pricing Policy

 

All prices may be subject to change without notice.

 

Delivery

 

Orders will be dispatched either via Royal Mail or courier and may require a signature. If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place (ie. behind bins, down side alley, with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box at the end of the process when placing your order. We will not, however, be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property. Should you need to change change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched, you will incur the charge placed on us by Royal Mail/ the courier company to facilitate this change.

 

Used Goods

 

We will not refund returned items that we deem to have been used and are not in there original packaging or packaged as we sent out. 

 

Product Descriptions

 

Whilst every effort is made to portray items accurately, all measurements quoted are approximate and slight variations in size and colour may occur due to the nature of some of our products. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens. vintage and antique items will show signs of wear commensurate with age. Any imperfections in these products will clearly be outlined in the listing.

 

Modifications To The Services And Prices

 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
